1. Information We Collect

Falcon collects only the minimum information strictly required to operate its server features, such as invite tracking, greeting cards, message logging, and giveaways:

• Server Data: Discord Guild IDs, server names, member counts, configured log channels, and bot preferences.
• Member & User Data: Discord User IDs, usernames, global display names, avatar URLs, and calculated invite counts.
• Invite Analytics: Invite vanity codes, inviter User IDs, join/leave timestamps, and fake/rejoin calculations.
• Authentication Data: Cryptographically signed session cookies when logging into the Web Dashboard via Discord OAuth2.

What We NEVER Collect: We do not read or store private direct messages (DMs), voice call audio, user passwords, or credit card details.

2. How We Use Information

The data we collect is solely used to deliver and maintain core Falcon functionality:

• Tracking and computing accurate member invite rankings (Regular, Left, Fake, Bonus).
• Delivering automated welcome and leave greeting cards to your designated channels.
• Managing server countdown timers and picking fair giveaway winners.
• Providing server managers with real-time analytics in the Web Dashboard.

We never sell, trade, or rent personal or server data to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. Data Security & Storage

We take comprehensive technical and organizational measures to safeguard your server data. Dashboard access tokens and session cookies are protected with cryptographic HMAC signatures to prevent tampering and session hijacking.

All network communication between your browser, our servers, and the Discord API is conducted over encrypted TLS 1.3 connections. Access to production databases is strictly restricted to authorized lead developers.

4. Data Retention & Right to Erasure

Server configuration and invite statistics are retained only for as long as Falcon remains active in your Discord server.

If you remove or kick Falcon from your server, your server's stored configuration will be automatically queued for deletion.

You have the right to request immediate, complete erasure of all stored server data at any time. Simply open a data deletion ticket in our official support server.

5. Discord Platform Compliance

Falcon operates in strict compliance with the Discord Developer Terms of Service and Discord Developer Policy.
