Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or using Falcon ("the Bot", "we", "us", "our"), or accessing the Falcon Web Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove Falcon from your Discord server and discontinue using our website and services.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age required in your country) to use Discord and Falcon. By adding Falcon to a server, you represent that you hold administrative or manager permissions in that server.

2. Discord Terms of Service

Falcon operates via the official Discord API. You agree to strictly follow all Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policies while using Falcon in any Discord server.

Any server found using Falcon to coordinate raids, engage in harassment, facilitate phishing, or violate Discord rules will be immediately blacklisted from our services without notice.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Falcon is designed to help you track member invites, log server activity, configure greeting cards, and run community giveaways. You agree NOT to:

  • Generate fake member joins using self-bots, token networks, or alt accounts to exploit invite tracking.
  • Spam commands, orchestrate DDoS attacks, or deliberately flood Falcon's infrastructure with excessive API calls.
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to scrape backend API signatures or algorithms.
  • Conceal or exploit reproducible security glitches instead of reporting them to our staff.

4. Subscriptions & Virtual Licenses

Falcon offers optional paid subscription tiers (Falcon Pro and Falcon Ultra) that unlock enhanced limits, custom branding, and priority queues.

Subscriptions grant a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the active paid term. Virtual privileges have no monetary cash value and cannot be resold or leased to third parties.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, including a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time qualifying subscriptions.

5. Bot Usage, Availability & SLA

Falcon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Falcon is not responsible for outages resulting from Discord Gateway disconnects, Discord API downtime, or cloud host maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, update, or deprecate features with reasonable advance notice.

6. Account Termination & Blacklisting

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently blacklist any user or Discord server that violates these Terms, abuses our infrastructure, or engages in fraudulent activities.

If your server is blacklisted for Terms violations, any remaining subscription time is forfeited. You may file an appeal ticket in our official support server if you believe an enforcement action was made in error.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Falcon and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from bot downtime, lost data, or moderation actions executed by your server administrators.

In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid by you to Falcon during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms & Support

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify the community of significant updates via our Discord server or dashboard. Continued use of Falcon constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
